    2. Then use bsnl wimax. My monthly bill is fixed at 909 including all taxes and I am getting 1mbps speed. But I want to go for the above mentioned plan and disconnect wimax.

    की अगर वो कोई भी कैसा भी प्लान मार्केट में लाना चाहती है तो उसकी पूरी जानकारी और उस प्लान को लेने का प्रोसेस सब कुछ ऑनलाइन कर दीजिये .
    क्योंकि किसी भी प्लान को जब लेने जाओ और वो भी बी एस एन एल के सेंटर पर तो उसकी कोई भी जानकारी ना ग्राहक को दी जाती है और ना ही वहां बैठा व्यक्ति सही से बात करता है
    यहाँ तक ग्राहक को एक काउंटर से दूसरे काउंटर और एक मंजिल से दूसरी मंजिल तक इतना दौड़ाया जाता है व उसे इस बात का एहसास कार्य जाता है की तुमने बी एस एन एल की सेवा चुन कर सबसे बड़ा अपराध किया है .

    1. I agree, this is the fact. Employees think that BSNL is their own fathers company. That's why the reputation of BSNL in-front of consumer is not good.

Today I tried to update my existing plan ..First In there IVR response it is clearly stated for plan change/update talk with customer care but that customer care guy told me he can't change my plan only he can provide information regarding it. Second He don't have enough and correct information regarding plan and talking manners sorry you talking with bsnl dude. Really head bang on wall situation.

    2. Yes it is available under selfcare portal. But that service request is not getting processed. I waited after raising the online request and multiple escalation requests. Finally I had to visit the exchange and give a written request.
      (Earlier I was able to change the plan by just talking to the customer care, but now they don't allow that)

  9. BSNL all above Plan 249, 449 and 1199 are not available in Port Blair. BSNL should implement all over India. It is only advatisement to take and make consumer. Even The free call time mostly either Line not free or No not in use this type of thing though it is connecting through Mobile.

    The BSNL of Andaman and Nicober at Port Blair should implement the above plan which is nationwide BSNL publishing. It shows the incapable Functional or to Compel the Customer to pay more as there is no Other option or Company at Port Blair.

    1. Reacharge with 1099 and get unlimited 3g without any limit for one month. If you make this recharge via self care service then it will cost you rs 955.

  11. what will be the discounts offered to the state and psu working/retired persons,if we switch over to 1199 plan ,and what will be the total billing cost includes all taxes,presently i was in combo 675 plan.more over i am using my own modem of BSNL,Now for all the new customers were provided with new wifi modem,what mistake was done by us to BSNL.
    How ever it will be the best plans provided by PSU,and at the same time services lke mentioned above of using own modem and own Telephone Instrument should be provided promptly.

  12. Best BSNL plan is yet to come .. Earlier it comes it is better .. BSNL customers will simply switch over to new entrant, at least for freebies ..These offers from BSNL are just knee jerk reaction against Jio threat unleashed .. !

    All the new plans announced by bsnl are seemingly good. God! You should really experience the kind of service provided either by customer care representatives or instrument quality, cable quality etc. Our phone works hardly for 4 months in a year!!!. This is True. The responses from officials against complaints is tortoise pace and horrible!.

    I think no government can change the mentality and efficiency of these people.

    May we have hopes in our telecommunication minister of the present govt, to improve the attitude of the officials and their services?

  15. I want a bsnl sim for the new unlimited 3G plan. The landline plans are worst but this one is better than i already have. I pay same money and get worse connection. Is this plan is available in 628612?

  16. new plan is good I,am availing Rs. 845/- a month plan but the speed you are providing is still not cpatible with 4G that`s why please improve it minimum flat 8Mbps if really want to be remain in competition

  17. Hello guys, I am using BSNL 'BB 999' from last 1 year and haven't faced any problem yet of any kind, though speed is pretty low, not even 1 mbps but that doesn't matter as I don't use it for heavy browsing or IRCTC booking ;)
    Today I went to BSNL office to pay my bill of around 1300/- and also to ask ask about BB 249, but I saw old users changing their plan to BB 1199, which I didn't knew that existed. After having full information about it, I too gave a application for BB 1199 plan.
    I hope they will give better customer service and good broadband speed.

  18. The authorities in Kalady exchange in ernakulam district says this plan has not been announced yet and they have not accepted my request. Please intimate why they have not given any information about this plan.

  19. Dear UP East, I am agree with the comments of under mentioned....Ycu are lounching every day New Plans and forgotten existing customer.
    Do you know in market some company offering unlimited data with 4MB per second data. But BSNL Has limited to his Existing customer. Why? You don't want to continue his old customer who are going away from BSNL ? Planner of BSNL think your existing customer first ! If want to grow as Market leader?
    Check your defaulter staff...incidents one :
    I called 1800-345-1500- For Billing query-ie why bill not yet generated online ? ...Pick Mr Arjun..hold the call long time without listening my problem and regular talking about some payment with his friend...When I regularly prompt him....HE DISCONNECT PHONE saying...YOUR VOICE NOT COMMING!
    This is example of your customer care Executive. Common problem of all public facing :-

  20. BSNL combo plan not gave any selection that old plan is continue or not.after continue new plan there is not facility of Free calls .But bill arises with both plan charges old & new combo plan. Please clarify when you take form with customer .
