Talk to BSNL CMD | Share Your Feedback and Suggestions

Sharing the feedback or suggesting the best for improving a service is an extraordinary opportunity for everyone. If it is available on live chat with top management, its again tremendous. Now our BSNL wants customer feedback about their service reliability and improvement on a live chat with BSNL CMD.

BSNL, which is synonymous for Hello in India is again coming close to its subscribers. Nowadays service at ease is the expectation from every customer. So BSNL starts Service With A Smile (SWAS), a new program and the new tagline for BSNL.

This SWAS program would give an impetus to BSNL efforts, not only attract more new customers. But also enhance the satisfaction level of existing customers about BSNL services. BSNL management is trying to make participation of every employee at each level in SWAS program to fulfill its objective of binding all the staff together emotionally which would benefit BSNL immeasurably and to make BSNL stronger day by day.

Customers have many options to opt among many service providers. There is heavy competition between multiple service providers. But one in many, BSNL is the only service provider which dictates the tariff patterns of the market.

Recently BSNL introduced best tariff plans as below. These plans replied with a tremendous response from customers, and these plans are also a special counter for new entrant Reliance Jio.
BSNL which is betting huge on customer relations is not sticking to the statements. BSNL is putting lot many efforts to reach its subscriber base. In any segment information or feedback should reach from bottom to top. But for a change management drive for the modification should from top to bottom. It is apparently underwriting in every news or every policy which BSNL is releasing internally.

Now BSNL top management is there on live chat room in Twitter and records your valuable suggestions, feedbacks for BSNL. If you want to submit any feedback about BSNL service, or any idea where you feel BSNL can be improved to reach you.

You can directly talk to BSNL CMD Shri Anupam Shrivastava who will be in Live Chat for BSNL customers. At this time, it is being organized only for the customers of BSNL Kerala Circle.

    1. I am a subscriber from Dehradun Uttrakhand. Recently I find that there is lot of DNS related problem on some of the sites.eg Quora, even the payment site for UPCL is not opening.
      I find that I could reach these website thru vodaphone network but when i try thru bsnl these site do not open.I have also lodged this complaint on 1500 on 19/9/2016.
      Thi problem is coming from last fifteen das or so

  2. Mirzapur 231001, Broadband very Bad service
    out of 24 hours 18 hours just no service, engineers are slipping and advising if you are not happy disconnect your connection.

  5. I have been looking for land line/wimax/FTTH/high speed internet cable service. However, none of the above is available at my residence. I am depending on wireless internet. My current use is over 30GB/moth. It is very expensive and speed in unreliable compared to those who have high speed internet. Can any one assist me? My residence is near BCRoad, Bantwal Dt, DK.

  8. Please improve the landline services ,if not the attitude of the Bsnl employees. They always behave as if they are doing some ahsaan on the customer. To quote a bsnl gm , angrejon ke jamane ke jailor hain.

  9. 02455 234180 डोंगरकडा ता कळमनुरी जि हिंगोली येथील फोन व ब्रॉडबैंड यंत्रणा मे 2016 ते ऑगस्ट 2016 चार महीने बंद होती हजारवेळा bsnl kalamnuri hingoli & parabhani contatct करून काहीच फायदा झाला नाही येथील अधिकारी यानी आमचे rent माफ़ केले नाही सध्या ब्रॉडबैंड व फोन सुरु झालेत 4 महिन्याचे rent माफ़ करा व भरलेल्या बीलातुन आगामी बील जमा करून घ्या आणि अधिकारी याना एकदा कड़क भाषेत नोटीस द्या की यापुढे सेवा सुरु ठेवा म्हणून धन्यवाद

  10. I'm a LL subscriber with BB services to my home.
    I'm totally disappointed over the maintenance of BSNL.
    Even for a small rain the line goes OOO for weeks together.
    But the bill is given for the full month.
    None listens to our complaints. "If U are not satisfied apply for disconnection" -- This is the reply they give.
    On the other hand U are giving so many freebees to woo the customers.
    I think if U ensure proper maintenance, it is more than enough.
    Most of the customers would opt for BSNL.
    This is my experience what I wanted to share with U.
    I hope U will employ skillful/wilful/interested persons to attend the maintenance aspect of your service and improve upon the condition in the days to come. My best wishes to you. P.K.SHIVAJEE

  11. Please change my Broadband Plan from ULD-999 to ULD-1199. I tried many times over your customer care No.1504 in all three languages -- Hindi, Tamil, English. They are dumb as a dodo. Please change the BB Plan. I hope you in BSNL read this message!

  13. bsnl employees attitude is the main problem of disconnection of landlines.when we make a complaint to bsnl their reaction is such a way that an encourage to discontinue the services.better do privatization of bsnl.put all govy employees into contract basis

COMPLAINT AGAINST CHIEF GENERAL MANAGER BSNL PUNJAB CIRCLE CHANDIGARH.LOSS OF RS. 1CRORE 59LAKHS 60THOUSANDS ANNUALLY DUE TO NO 3G BSNL NETWORK AVAILABLE AT BEAS RAILWAY STATION ON JALANDHAR-AMRITSAR ROAD PUNJAB. ALL KNOW RADHA SOAMI DERA BEAS IS SITUATED NEAREST TO BEAS RAILWAY STATION. MORE THAN 10LAKH FOLLOWERS FROM ALL OVER INDIA REACH BEAS THROUGH THIS RAILWAY STATION AND 76 DAYS IN A YEAR THIS STATION REMAINS BUSIEST. MINIMUM 30000 FOLLOWERS WANT TO USE 3G DATA COST=7*76*30000=15960000 RUPEES DIRECT LOSS TO BSNL PUNJAB(ONE DAY DATA=RS 7/-

Please look at complaint list and ensure that the same are attended immediately and feedback should be collected on line in order to access the working of employed persons who do not care for customers .This method shall success achievement to BSNL in very Sunny ways and people who uses other services shall come back

  18. Fed up with BSNL Bangalore Telecoms, I have changed to a private Telecom,after several years of having BSNL Land line Telephones.

    Irresponsible and arrogant attitude of officials, Changing the PLAN during the prepaid period totally ignoring the paying subscribers were not acceptable to me.

    Telephone lines of common men are disconnected even for a day's delay. But huge amounts are written off as BAD DEBTS during the last 6-7 years as per Annual reports of BSNL. How this is possible ?.

    Accountability & responsibilities are lacking with BSNL officials. As BSNL is out of Consumer Protection Act, the customers cannot approach Consumer Courts for the deficiency in BSNL Services.

  20. The publicity given by BSNL is not matching with that of private networks. The free calling facility at night introduced recently is not being given vide publicity. Catching slogans / attractive publicity materials matching with that of private networks, door to door canvassing are the need of the hour. Otherwise the private sharks will eat away this innovative BSNL plan. Had the private networks introduced this plan they would have spent crores on advertisements. If BSNL sticks to austerity policy it cannot swim in the sea of sharks, as network is business which needs vide publicity.

  22. BSNL should enter into the business of D2h services in order to provide better & cheaper services in Rural as well as Urban areas. It can converge its broadband services with D2h & Landline so that it would be more useful to the people and it would be more competitive.

    I, Smt Shakuntal Raut, 68 yrs old residing at At Po, Satara Road,Near Marathi Shala Tal - Koregaon, Dist - Satara Pin 415010.

    Please help me to approach correct person to lodge a complaint for removing BSNL Old Telephone Steel Wires from my roof of house at Satara Road.

    We approached Mr. Nawadkar in charge Tal- Koregaon BSNL exchange for this, but they dont have any facility to remove old wire from my roof of house and it's is a pending since years.

    These wires become obstetrical for us, also these wire are mixed with MSEB power line & there is a chances of an accident.

    At present I am staying with my elder sister (70 yrs age) and one mentally handicapped grand son.
    We required your kind support.

    To approach you i asked my nephew Mr. Kishor Raut to write you.

  24. I am SDOPhones (Read) from Moga sea Ferozepur Punjab circle .I have ULH by connection on land line 01636229292. For the last one year on off problem slow speed problem ,no link problem ,are there. It requires throughout check up to remove as many others also be sharing such type of problem.

  26. I'am bsnl prepaid subscriber presently at dibrugarh assam. I after looking from shop to shop at thana charali area very rarely find a shop serving top up and general recharge coupon, after tiring efforts if I find one they offer c-top up but they don't provide recharge copuon of any denomination. my number is 9438419464. please put efforts is marketing channel

  27. In Odisha only in Bhubaneswar fiber net fast network of broadband is available
    Why it is not available in Cuttack and when we will get it

    Also there is sluggish response to any customer complaints in Odisha,even the officer in charge of Bsnl grievance in Odisha not responding to customer complaint and reluctant to directly communicate with customer

  28. Bsnl public grievance system is a failure in Odisha
    Even the general manager grivence cell Odisha ( as per the Bsnl website) reluctant to accept public complaint directly

    There is no solution to customer problem,and no intimation to customer regarding steps taken to solve problem,
    even though complaint being lodged in Bsnl consumer grivence portal and even after repeated e mail and call to Bsnl odisha authority at Bhubaneswar and Cuttack circle

  29. I have the latest mobile that can accept nano Sims only but bank Hyderabad is not having them either in malkajgiri or kushaiguda bank offices and I am unable to use my 4g mobile. Will the gods in Hyderabad listen to our prayers.

  31. SUB: Revival of BSNL
    1. SBI model HR policies and hierarchies may be implemented in BSNL. (BSNL is still running like a department, fast track promotion for 50 % vacancies may be implemented up to CGM level and it may be based on examination, interview and performance, eligibility for each promotion may be five years so that functional promotion can be given with financial promotion)
    2. Management may designate E1 level executives as assistant manager/Assistant Engineer, E2 level as deputy managers/Assistant Executive Engineer and E3 and above (up to Sr.SDE) as Chief Managers/ Executive Engineer, which is equitant to JTS, Group A. External recruitment may be at the level of E3, JEs (TTAs) may be first promoted to AM (E1, Group B) and then to DM (E2, Group B), five years for promotion from E1 to E2 and five years for E2 to E3. Then the CPSU Hierarchy will be, JE (TTA) ->normal +fast track promotion->AM/AE->5years->DM/AEE->5years->CM/EE(JTS)-> normal +fast track promotion ->AGM(STS)->performance linked promotion->DGM(JAG)->performance linked promotion->GM(SAG)->performance linked promotion->CGM(HAG). Also AM, DM and CM may directly report to AGM.
    3. External recruitment may be conducted for CM (Operations), CM (Finance), CM (HR) and CM (Marketing). 50% of vacancy of Chief Managers (Operations) may be filled through GATE plus interview and 100% vacancies of other verticals may be through external examination with full time MBA as educational qualification. Fast track promotion may be implemented for JE to AM and CM to AGM. For fast track promotion mark distribution may be 50% from centralized examination, 20% from APAR, 20% from performance (marks to be awarded by HR wing) and 10% from interview. BSNL may maintain vacancy ratio of 1:4 for GM to DGM and DGM to AGM and vacancies of CM may be according to the requirement. Association’s demand of time bound promotion up to AGM will only helps to degrade the work profile of AGM.
