  1. Bsnl management is not sincere in improving the service due to their closeness towards the private service providers so that the subscribers are running away from bsnl

    BSNL BBG-COMBO-ULD 1800-MONTHLY plan is exorbitant. I expect better service than the current unstable connection that I experience. When I register a complaint, I'm told my TP-Link Modem, Model No.TD-W8961ND is faulty, which is not true. I am fed up. Even this response didn't go through twice due to the unstable network.

    1. Sir it may be Tp link modem faulty... As network is stable most of time due to standby and ring system... If you belive your TP LINK router is not flty just intimate field office of BSNL to provide temperary modem for testing...

  3. PREVIOUSLY I AM HAVING BSNL BROADBAND (COMBIPLAN). BECAUSE OF DESK TOP PROBLEM I HAVE DISCONNECTED THE BROADBAND. AGAIN I HAVE TAKEN BEAM ACT BROADBAND AND DISCONNECTED. RECENTLY I HAVE TAKEN BSNL BROADBAND (WI-FI). NOW IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. IN THE MOBILE WIFI CONNECTION SHOWS BESIDES THE SYMBOL AN ASTRICK SHOWS. WHEN I CHECK THE WIFI STATUS IT SHOWS CONNECTED - EXCELLENT. BUT I CANNOT BROWSE ANY CONNECTION. 040-23701345

    1. If the modem is connected to internet correctly and still u r unable to browse on wifi, u can try to change the dhcp settings in mobile from auto to manual
      Ip address 192.168.1.10
      Subnet mask 255.255.255.0
      Gateway 192.168.1.1
      Dns1 192.168.1.1
      Dns2 8.8.8.8

      Also for the complaint of showing an exclamation mark near to wifi symbol after connecting to wifi, u can click another wifi symbol that will come in notifications on top to "Sign into the network"... it will automatically connect
