  1. Instead of buying 1949 data plan why shouldn'the I by lyf flame 5 which cost 3000 rupees with unlimited texts massages ,unlimited 4g data and unlimited calls across India to any mobile number for 3 monthso validity.

  2. BSNL Broadband service is very poor. Every other day the service fails. Sometimes it fails intermittently. Sometimes, the system goes down, and remains down till the next working day. If there is a weekend after the day of failure then the service is up only the next Monday. I have rarely seen the broadband service failing and being restored on the same day. Also, most of the time the service is not able to provide more than 10 - 15 KBPS speed.

    Complaining on 1500 is of no use. After 24 to 48 hours of lodging a complaint someone from the Jamshedpur BSNL office (there is only one person, I think) calls up to ask "telephon to kaam kar rahaa hain naa?" The person is even unable to distinguish between failure of telephone line, and failure of broadband service.

    Just two days back we had a prolonged broadband failure. Again,yesterday (21 July 2016) the broadband service stopped working. This time it appears to be a failure of the telephone line.

    So, it seems the two departments of BSNL, one which maintains the telephone line and another which provides the broadband service are in stiff competition to give more trouble to the customer.

    In view of the poor service, please take my suggestion and notify BSNL broadband customers the following:

    Dear BSNL Broadband Customer,

    It is to inform you that BSNL Broadband service will be available only between 10 AM and 5 PM on all days except:

    Second and fourth Saturdays
    Gazetted, national and state holidays
    National calamities
    National mourning days
    Visit of foreign dignitaries
    National emergencies
    External enemy attack
    Internal emergencies
    Unforeseen circumstances
    Death of BSNL top management members
    Bandh days called by ruling party
    Bandh days called by main opposition parties
    Bandh called by BSNL union
    Any other situation deemed emergency by BSNL management

    Further, in case of broadband service failure the service will be restored only on the next working kday. Also, BSNL will make every effort to provide 2 to 4 KBPS when the service is working, but not at peak load.

    I am sure my words are falling on deaf ears. And, I am sure this mail will not get a response, or in any way make the situation better for me. But, I hope this letter conveys a customer's deep frustration with a premier public sector undertaking of India.

    1. BSNL BB is very good service very low down time compared to other ISPs.
      I am very satisfied with myy BB.

  4. People will move to 4G for this costly tariffs with no 3G coverage.

  5. You opt for any data or bb offers of any speed. I challenge they offer only at 350 kpbs speed and collect from you as having fed 2MPBS speed. With these state of affairs, they advise me to pay more to get more speed. Useless people .

  6. Bsnl poor packs.. Now 4th gen networks gives pleasing speed.. Bsnl only gives 60KBytesPer sec after speed caping .. Its very pathetic

U hve pp plans for jaijawan, pyarijodi,students etc.but what pp spl plan u hve for pensioners/senior citizens, who are totally ignored by almost all the providers.atleast bsnl govt u/t should come forward for these group at a very reasonable tariff, not profit motive... further ur pp per sec plans stv are very costly ie rs.69/-for one month... plan ok but the tariff stv are very costly.. plz reconsider to encourage prepaid customers.
