    My landline Number 080- 26797757, it’s not working and I am using this connection only for broadband and my plan BB-649, but from past 2 months i am getting bill of Rs 1023/-, so I called customer care number for enquiry,
    First person after my question put me on hold for 15min and came back his not gave proper answer and disconnected my call.
    Second person name is Akshay, he is not Evan lessening proper, my question only straightaway he started using respect less words and he told I cant lessen, you should lessen what I am says, then he started using ABUSING WORDS, when i started shouting he disconnected my can and he called from other mobile number started using ABUSING WORDS TO my entire family.
    I have his mobile number, to take farther action but now i sending this in compliant because the higher authority should take action and give me a solution as soon as possible or els i need to raise my voice in all social network.

  5. Landline no 01212630048 along with internet connection are not working for last many months. Complaint have been lodged on customer care center and also with local BSNL office, but in vain. Facing much problems. BSNL higher authorities kindly do needful failing which I have no other option but to discount the landline connection
