  1. This is BSNL's another step to loose landlines customers. Landlines customers are declining only due to rental charges. If BSNL reduces it, customers may think to reconnect their LLs.

  2. in prepaid mobile with lifetime validity. with 160 rs + taxes ~ 180 rs rent, people can get full talk time and no validity problem either.

in bsnl need to pay 180 rs just for rent and if use then need to pay extra that too per minute billing. bsnl wake up people are not fools, they are moving to other providers because of better plans at reduced cost. only way bsnl can make profit is by stopping unnecessary social commitments like expanding network and infrastructure where people not want internet, mobile etc.

bsnl please look at your fiber to home plans. how big is monthly cost, starting plan at 4000 rs and that too with fup 512kbps. latest technology means not increasing cost but make present cost lesser, private operators reduced mobile cost but what about bsnl landline call cost? just the same..
