BSNL Broadband Services Customer Satisfaction Survey

we think everyone feels good to give feedback in Customer Satisfaction Survey form, but accepting the feedback itself is a great task. You should be open at mind to know what people are thinking about you, but technically speaking for an individual to groom his personal and professional career feedback plays a vital role. The same is applicable for an organization, but for individual the perimeter is small.

For an organization as BSNL, who is having country wide millions of end users, taking feedback itself is a big task. BSNL being a PSU which is trying to get back in to the track, want to fill its gap and come closer to the customer.

For the same reason BSNL should take customer feedback from us at whatever possible way it have, the requests should be honored and BSNL may look into the output of the customer satisfaction survey implemented can retrospect itself from the result.

  1. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
    COUSTOMER CARE LOUSY. ( MUST HAVE BEEN APPOINTED ON INFLUENCE ) DISCONECTS THE CALLS.
    GROUND STAFF DONT HAVE PROPER INFRA. OLD CABLES/ INSTRUMENT AREA LIMITATION.
    WHO UPDATES COMPLAINTS STATUS GOD KNOWS????. WITHOUT SOLVING IT. LAUCHING NEW FACILITIES FOR WHOM????. CAN YOU PROVIDE????.

  2. I have changed from DSL based to Fiber based Broadband plan from BSNL. Looks like, the fiber based billing/customer systems are not setup properly. See below.
    1. Frequent "Data LED blinking" issues. No customer support on weekends/nights. What's the point if BSNL staff wants to work from 10 AM to 5 PM? Isn't BSNL a service provider which need to ensure 24x7 availability of service?
    2. Can't view my fiber broadband bill online. I can pay the bills though!!
    3. In summary, I can't trust BSNL BB and try to work from home.

    1. i thought that problem is only if we use dsl over copper.if the problem comes with fiber also then bsnl is tottally a flop up.

  3. Less said the better. Too add to what the others hav said, My newly bought Telephone Instrument failed after 7monthhs & we were directed to approah a local DUPLICATE electronic shop, to get it repaired. Even in Bangalore, thesame thing happened. Pl Send,Esp Ur Front Office Staff, for atleast a month's training to an MNC company, to learn the basics of Customer Relations. Pl. LET ME ADD THAT THERE R' ONCE IN A BLUE MOON 'Really Service Minded Employees

  4. Does a micro sim and normal sim of same number work on two different devices simultaneously by two different person and one can see the communication detail of the other person?

    1. It is not possible, after activation of replacement sim (micro/normal), old sim will be activated available in any of your smarphone/datacard

  5. BSNL staff should be more helpful and friendly the customer service staff behaves as if the customers are their to trouble them from their slumber

    VERY RUDE, INCOMBATIBLE WITH TECHNOLOGY, UNSKILLED, NOT LOYAL TO SERVICE AND CUSTOMERS, NEVER RESPONSE,, ETC

  7. After Many complaints Orally or on 198 there is no solution provided by BSNL Staff Very Very Poor service. No body take responsibility. In two year period broadband not work continuously a single day. Very bad performance. BSNL torchers the Customers. My Phone No. 01284-264088 & 01284-264078
