  1. People are closing BSNL landline due to some unwilling decisions taken by BSNL management such as closing of Most famous/likely Annual Plan, increasing rental of Sulabh plan. Now a days mobile I so cheap w/o any FMC. If BSNL really want to servive then BSNL has to give more free calls than rental offered and also reduce rental of all plans.

  3. How can i escalate to senior management of BSNL South - Bangalore to have them take action. I am paying for a High Upload Speed for over 18 months and i am frustrated with reasons the JTO, Line Staff are giving with no action. I have tried 100s of calls and texts to get them to fix this, but it is not making any progress. How do i escalate? How do i get credit for the money i have paid (BSNL has atleast Rs 50,000) in these months that i should get credit back for. Is there someone i could talk to? Do i have to go to Consumer Forum to get this addressed??

  4. BSNL service is the same all over india. in uthrakhand also the case is the same pathetic condition. internet is disrupted every now and then. nobody is bothered for disconnection of land line. cutting the benefits of customers one by one and increasing the basic prices frequently, stopping the customer friendly bb plans.

  6. Hi,
I have applied for new connection last month and an executive visited my area (rajiv gandhi nagar, HSR layout, sector - 7) and informed that there is no feasibility of broadband connection in my lane(not area). so he suggested to pull new line from next lane which is 150-200 metres ahead. then he asked me if i can bear that extra wiring cost which is not refundable. can you please let me know if it true that i have to pay for this extra wiring. also let me if there is any other way to get the new connection. we need 2 connections in my building. Please do the needful.
    Thanks in advance.

    1. Approach your BSNL area head and ask about this(extra wiring cost). you must confirm from authorities whether they give the connections after payment or not, because you are paying na
