  1. People are closing BSNL landline due to some unwilling decisions taken by BSNL management such as closing of Most famous/likely Annual Plan, increasing rental of Sulabh plan. Now a days mobile I so cheap w/o any FMC. If BSNL really want to servive then BSNL has to give more free calls than rental offered and also reduce rental of all plans.

    3. BSNL Broadband Services are very poor. Internet usage jumps manifold and even its metered usages total did not tally and was on higher side. Grievance Cell was approached with snap-shot details of the account, but the Cell did not respond. It seemed as if BSNL is adopting tactics to extract money from public over and above the actual billing.

    4. I surrendered my BSNL broadband due to POOR SERVICE in my area (Kumaraswamy layour excg Bangalore). One week downtime minimum for every month. No one attending the complaint. Irresponsible and untrained linemen who never try to fix the problem. They just say, main line is fine, your home wiring has problem or modem is faulty etc standard answers. Goodbye to bsnl.

  3. How can i escalate to senior management of BSNL South - Bangalore to have them take action. I am paying for a High Upload Speed for over 18 months and i am frustrated with reasons the JTO, Line Staff are giving with no action. I have tried 100s of calls and texts to get them to fix this, but it is not making any progress. How do i escalate? How do i get credit for the money i have paid (BSNL has atleast Rs 50,000) in these months that i should get credit back for. Is there someone i could talk to? Do i have to go to Consumer Forum to get this addressed??

  4. BSNL service is the same all over india. in uthrakhand also the case is the same pathetic condition. internet is disrupted every now and then. nobody is bothered for disconnection of land line. cutting the benefits of customers one by one and increasing the basic prices frequently, stopping the customer friendly bb plans.

As per the GM-Telcom KARWAR, KARNATAKA, on the occassion of opening ceremony of 3G Service at KARWAR on 17-May-2010, They told that Service of 3G will be extended to All Taluka Places within 6-Months. But Still All taluka places are not Covered. And also the 2-G signal strength's are very week in some taluka Head Quarters. Calls are droping while talking.

  13. BSNL mobile internet is a sheer waste for hundreds of subscribers in and around famous pilgrim centre Poomkavu in Alappuzha district of kerala as seldom we have connectivity/ we have BSNL range

  14. Sir, why on earth some takes the service from BSNL. Few of the valid customer bases of BSNL are as below.
    1) If outage is there for few days, nothing happens to you.
    2) You do not have any other service providers in your area and BSNL has a monopoly in your area like mine. Govt rejects the requests from Airtel and other service providers.
    3) You are central or state Govt employee and gets good discount. Also internet is not critical for your job.

After getting so much support from Govt, without any quality service in any respect, charging same or more than the private players, still they are loosing hundreds of crores every month. What an organization :) Still it is surviving at tax payers money.

BSNL works when 3 things are in place. God, Your Luck and BSNL. GOD and Your Luck being the major contributor to it's operation.

  15. I live in one of the most expensive places in Bangalore and what speed do I get? 4MB! Im paying so much for rent and this is what I get in return, the worst service EVER. I could get better speed while riding a unicycle, feedding my dog and carrying a box of ladoos on my head!

  16. Very pathetic service, I am am using a 4 Mbps plan and for the past few days, I get half the speed and when I complained about it a lady called and told rudely that it is rectified and when I checked it, it has not been rectified. Pathetic customer care, I would really welcome a decision by the Govt if they plan to close up the BSNL and hand it to private companies and all the people there are fired

  17. This tarrif Hike should be justified with increased service. Like Upgradation of Basic Broadband speed to these plans. Otherwise the question remains as to where does this money go?

  18. At present my BB connection is on 900pm Combo- this itself was increased after Removing attractive and competitive Plans. Now from 1st Dec -- again increased to 945/- is BSNL is for serving Society @ large OR Profit making private Company???. Combo Free calls have been termed as ON Net & Off Net --on BSNL net work only thus depriving the very purpose of the facility in spite of Tariff Hike. The Speed is always never supports tier Claim. There no Spl preventive for Sr Citizens who have thier connection in their name with Valid Proof. There is an announcement that another Hike is impending from 1-1-2015. Lastly there is lot difference in Tariff Rates compared to Bangalore & Hyderabad which are less than TN circle.
Is the Telecom Minister listening. " Ache DIN Aur Kabhi Aayega Sir"

  19. Why does bill of a unlimited plan like say BB UL HOME COMBO 675 come more than Rs. 675. Then what is the meaning of unlimited mb/gb download upload?

    ReplyDelete

    1. BSNL Commits with a monthly rent of Rs.675 for Unlimited Internet facility, Telephone charges after Free calls and Service Tax will be as extra, so take a look at that
