PAN India Telecom service operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited in order to offer more services to their valued customers, has announced the launch of Automatic Extension of Plan Validity for 2G/3G Prepaid Mobile Plan customers who are having sufficient balance in their prepaid account.
At present many subscribers will get the validity extended through different channels(CTOP-UP, Online Recharge etc..), but still there may be some customers who might miss it, for such customers who are having sufficient balance in their prepaid account, BSNL allows the customers to extend the validity on the last day of expiry after deduction of the plan voucher amount of existing plan from the customer mobile account balance.
In the absence of a response or inaction by the customer with in GP-I(Incoming allowed and Outgoing barred), the plan validity of the prepaid mobile customer may be extended the mobile account validity on last day of GP-I automatically, after deduction of the plan voucher amount of the existing plan from the account balance and intimated accordingly through SMS.
The automatic extension of plan validity facility is available to all Voice and Data Prepaid Plans customers except Lifetime Plan customers. BSNL headquarters has issued all instructions to their circles for implementing the automatic extension of plan validity facility/scheme for 2G/3G prepaid mobile customers with effect from 1st October 2013.
