BSNL Loyalty Management Reward Point Scheme

India's Telecom Leader, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has launched Loyalty Management Scheme for rewarding its Landline and Broadband customers with effect from April 2013 as BSNL Loyalty Reward Scheme which offers More Free Calls for the customers, who pay BSNL Bills Regularly within Due date via BSNL Online Payment or directly at cash counters or with any payment mode.

BSNL Loyalty Reward Points for Landline Broadband CustomersBSNL is the first Telecom Operator in India who started Loyalty Management Scheme which is an innovative reward program for BSNL Customers of Landline and Broadband, who shall start accumulating loyalty reward points when they use BSNL Landline and Broadband Services.

The reward points earned can be redeemed in terms as Free Metered Call Units (MCUs) for making free call on BSNL On-Net(Own Nework) calls

Who are Eligible for Loyalty Reward Scheme
Individual BSNL customers who are availing landline and broadband service are eligible to earn reward points. Individual Customers whose monthly bill amount is Rs. 400 and above or Bi-Monthly amount is above Rs.800 and above shall be earning loyalty reward point for every Rs.50 for invoice paid within pay-by-date.

Who are not Eligible for Loyalty Management Reward Scheme
  • Customers of ISDN PRI, Franchisee, EPBX, PCO, VPT, CSC, Service Connections.
  • Serving/ Retired employee of Central / State Government, PSUs etc. who entitled for 20% discount on Fixed Monthly Charges /usage under broadband plans.
  • Electronic stapling enrolled accounts including their child accounts, Annual, Bi-annual and Tri-annual Customers who are availing concession or discount are not eligible Loyalty Management Reward Scheme.
Customer can redeem Loyalty points initially after 6 months from the date of earning loyalty point first time. Redemption will be in terms of Free Meter call units MCU (i.e. one point is equivalent to one free MCU) which will be adjusted for calls made by customers of Landline Services on BSNL network (On-net calls) only. This Redemption can be done in block of minimum 25 points and maximum 500 points (multiple of 25 points).

Customer can logon to BSNL Customer Care Portal for online redemption of loyalty points or by giving a request for redemption at concerned Customer Service Center.

I have opted for combo plan BB+LANDLINE Rs.650/- p.m.from July 2013. earliar i was using combo plan of Rs. 299/- p.m .my customer ID is 1001783287, I am eligible for 20% concession in tarrif being retired employee of PSU Bank. I requested many times the customer care service centre at Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur to guide me for checking online usage of BB, but no outcome. I am getting bill monthly over Rs. 900/- since last three months, this month I received msg on my mobile for monthly bill of Rs.1071/- dtd 01.08.2013. it is unreasonable. I seek clarification from BSNL

    1. Present plan charges are as follows
      Rs.650-20%=520+12.36(S.Tax) is your fixed monthly charges for you landline and broadband.

      So check the usage of telephone call charges.

  2. Go for Rs.950/- Unlimited Combo plan. You will get bill of Rs.840 or so and 450 calls free. Best for retired!

  3. I have the combo plan 650 + Clarify that i am not authorized to free calls for local or std.If yes then tell how much if no then tell the best scheme for a normal user of net which scheme is best in your point of view

    1. BB Plan 650 allows 100 Free calls to be used with in own network, for home users, 650 is good plan

  4. IN TELEPHONE BILL UNDER USAGE CHARGES,WHAT IS LOCAL CALLS OFFNET ANDLOCAL CALLS ON NET.PLEASE CLARIFY.
    FOR BB USAGE OF AROUND3000000 UNITS IN KB,BB HOME COMBOULD950 IS ADVISABLE OR OTHER PLANS LESSER THAN THIS.KINDLY CLARIFY.

    1. ONNET - Own Network and OFFNET - Other Network, 3000000 UNITS IN KB is aprpximately 300 MB and BB HOME COMBOULD950 is the best unlimited broadband plan for home users, 950 is to be revised to 999 from 01-5-14

  5. useing 650 bb plan internate connection getting disconnect after few second start this problem what i can do

    1. Reinsert the SIM once again in your mobile and check, Generally minimum of 1 hour and maximum of 24 hours will take for activation of any replacement SIM
