BSNL Quick Pay - Online Bill Payment Process for Postpaid Bills through Portal

India’s Telecom backbone Bharat Sanchar Nigham Limited (BSNL) has started QUICKPAY for payment of Postpaid bills of BSNL Landline, Broadband, FTTH(Fibre to the Home), GSM, WiMAX, Corporate and DID customers through BSNL Online Bill Payment Portal. 
BSNL Quick Pay
BSNL Customers will instantly pay the bills without Login/Registration through BSNL "QUICK PAY". Payment details will be sent to the Mobile number provided, Payment receipt will be sent to the Mail-id provided at the time of payment in Quick Pay through Online Bill payment portal. BSNL Customers will pay the Individual bills, FTTH(Fibre to the Home) bills, Corporate bills, DID bills by just submitting the Account Number, Mobile Number, E-mail address, and Circle. 
BSNL "QUICK PAY" Online Bill Payment Process through Portal 
  • Enter into the BSNL QUICK PAY Online bill Payment Portal
  • Select Individual Bills / FTTH Bills / Corporate Bills / DID Bills
  • Enter Telephone number with STD code(040-24XXXXXX) in Pay For Phone Number
  • Enter Account Number
  • Enter Mobile Number
  • Enter E-mail address
  • Click on Submit
  • Customer will get the details of Bill and Payment Options
  • Select the Option for
  1. All Credit cards / Debit cards / Internet banking / Cash cards
  2. TRUST Cash Card
Then the customer has login into the payment gateway for authorizing payment, on successful completion of payment of bill in the Internet Banking System (or) through Credit Card/Debit Card(ezeClick by American Express, Visa /MasterCard, American Express), user is re-directed to view the 'Digital RECEIPT DETAILS(Receipt Number, Transaction No, Bill Number, Bill Date, Bill Pay by Date, Unique ID, Telephone Number, Bank Transaction ID, Bill Paid Amt, Bill Paid Date) for bill paid.

BSNL Customers of all the Circles(Andhra Pradesh, Chennai, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Haryana, Punjab, UP(West), UP(East), Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Gujarat, Rajasthan,Kolkata, Orissa, Bihar, West Bengal, Adman Nicobar, Assam, Jharkhand, North East)can avail this facility. 

BSNL Customers can now pay the Landline/Mobile/WiMAX postpaid bills even after Pay By Date through BSNL registered account by login, or improved BSNL"QUICK PAY" option without registration, through BSNL Online Bill Payment Portal. BSNL customers can update their Mobile Number and Subscribe for SMS Alerts through online portal.

Important Notes
  • There is a possibility of link getting disconnected, during returning from the BANK after successful Bill Payment. In that case, user will not be able to see the 'Digital Receipt' of the Bill Payment made since the Portal system will not know the details of the transaction made. If this occurs, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT to pay the bill again.
  • The portal system, will shortly, receive the confirmation from the BANK, through alternative backup channel and the receipt will be sent to user registered email id. In case previous bill amount had already been paid and not updated in portal please visit nearest BSNL cash counter to pay the current bill amount or else pay the total amount and excess paid amount would be automatically adjusted in next bill.
  • If any complaints with Online Portal transactions an email may be sent to portalquerry@bsnl.co.in.
  • For Detailed billing information and clarifications regarding billing dial 1500 or 1800-180-1500

    Please make arrangement to pay online for one month bill out of 2 months due. It shows total due only. If you make online payment arrangement for making one bill first and then 2nd one it will be helpful

    I made payments through paytm four times (for two mobile phones ) every time the payment got deducted from my bank account but the message appeared " your payment has not been recieved "I just want to know whether this lapsed money will be made available to me or not? Because my previous requests have also not been paid any attentions. Rajesh K Sharma

    1. If any recharges done with BSNL official portal and not activated, then the amount will be automatically refunded to the bank account automatically with in 48 hours.
      If recharges done with other third party websites, it is not responsible with BSNL, so make a complaint with PAY TM for refund of amount

  10. I recharged my prepaid broadband account and made payment through internet banking. But my billing has not been updated. Online Transaction History shows the status "Submitted" but my account has not been recharged. Do I need to recharge again or it will be updated. Earlier whenever I recharged my account it was updated instantly.

  11. Hi. I ve paid my evdo postpaid bill through net banking on 18-3-2014. There was some problem at the end and no receipt was generated. The amount has been deducted from my bank account and no refund s hqve been made. The bill is still in the outstanding section but the status shows "paid at portal". What does it mean? What should I do?

  12. I tried to view bill and pay my Landline bill for April 2014 by quick pay. But its always slowing error and I am unable to view or pay online though correct details are typed. There is no option to type circle except State. Pl help me to pay bill online.

  14. i tried to pay my bsnl broadband bill through quick pay option. after all the processing, i was told that my payment status "awaiting for bank confirmation" what does it mean? please provide me some advice.

    1. this means, ur payment debited from bank/credit/debit card etc.. but not credited with BSNL, it may take sometime to update, dont worry

  15. BSNL payment portal is fucking shit...... My latest bill was not getting reflected in the poratl though I got the bill by post. So I was unable to pay the bill online and to go a long distance to give the fucking shit bill to their office...... Seriously, go for some other private services..... BSNL is pain in the ass

    i have paid my mobile ( 9490160199 ) bill thru BSNL Portal online Quick Pay on i.e 28.05.2014 at 10.50 AM
    and as of now they were not updated so i could not able to do my dialy activities. Its already 24 hrs past what does it mean after paying bill not able to update ?

    where as other mobile companies are fast activating the moment they receive the payment But where as our BSNL members not doing the same. If this type of service no body will stay with bsnl

    I kindly request you to update and activate my mobile with immediate action

  18. Sir, I have post paid international roaming sim.I was using it abroad for the last two years. This 1st june i travelled abroad and to my surprise saw that my sim is failing to register. can you help me.

  19. I have a landline Broadband Connection. Why can't I make payment of the bills by Debit Card. As at present available for payment by Visa or Master Card only.

  20. Yesterday, I paid my BSNL bill using ICICI net banking, but I received an error in communication message. The amount has been debited from my account but the payment transaction status says Awaiting Bank Confirmation. How long does it take for this issue to be resolved? I tried calling the 1500 number but no response. Has anyone sucessfully resolved this issue? Please reply.

  23. I had recharged my BSNL prepaid no. through 'QuickPay' 18 th May 2014. The payment was successful. It showed payment details also. But when I tried to take print out of the same it returned error - 'Server Error in '/' Application.'. It still shows the same.

    It seems no one can take a printout of payment receipt. I am planning to ditch BSNL for this single reason as I am not getting reimbursement from my office without valid payment receipt.
