BSNL Bill Payment Online at Quick Pay BSNL Bill Portal

BSNL Bill Payment Online Service is called as BSNL Quick Pay. This brings out, most easiest and convenient way for all postpaid customers to make online payment in a secure way. This is available without any registration to pay BSNL landline bill, broadband bill, mobile bill through BSNL portal payment.

With this smart online bsnl bill payment portal. Customers can instantly make their landline bill payment online without Login/Registration through BSNL Quick Pay. Where this bsnl portal payment details will be sent to the Mobile number instantly which provided. At the same time this online payment receipt details for your postpaid number will also be sent to the eMail id provided at the time of registration for Quick Pay BSNL bill payment portal.

BSNL Customers, now allowed to pay all postpaid bills even after Pay By Date. It is through BSNL payment portal, Registered account on login, or improved BSNL Quick Pay option without registration. Subscribers can also be allowed to update their Mobile Number and Subscription for SMS Alerts. This facility is for, to get an SMS for each transaction  made at BSNL payment portal.

Telephone subscribers are easily be allowed to pay BSNL Landline bill (Individual), Broadband bill, FiberNet (Fibre to the Home) bill, Corporate Bills, DID Bills. It is just by submitting the Landline/Mobile Number, Email address, and Circle on BSNL Bill Payment Online(QUICKPAY) Portal. This is a hassle free and secured service with out any extra charges for postpaid bill payment online.

BSNL Bill Payment Online Process at Quick Pay BSNL Portal

Log on to Online Bill Payment BSNL Portal (http://portal3.bsnl.in/myportal/cfa.do)
  • Select Individual Bills / FTTH Bills, Corporate Bills, DID Bills as per your service.
  • Enter Telephone number with STD code with out zero(4024XXXXXX) in Pay For Phone Number.
  • Go to Communication Details.
  • Enter Valid Email address to receive paid receipts.
  • Enter Mobile Number to receive paid transaction alert.
  • Enter the captca code given.
  • Click on Submit, then the customer will get the details(Name, Invoice amount, Pay By Date, Date of Bill etc..)
  • Click on PAY NOW
  • Then you will get the Payment Options as below in Step 1
    1. Internet Banking (allowed more than 50 banks)
    2. Credit Card (American Express, Diners Club International, Visa, MasterCard)
    3. Debit Card (Maestro, MasterCard, Ru pay, Visa)
    4. Cash Card
After Selecting the above payment option in Step1. Customer will be allowed to select the desired payment gateway with array of payment options for authorising BSNL bill payment.
  • Select Tech process or Bill Desk
  • Continue for Payment
Then immediately, user can redirected to another page of Net banking / Debit / Credit card as per request for authorising the bill payments. After successful completion of BSNL portal payment. User is redirected to view the 'Digital RECEIPT DETAILS (Receipt Number, Transaction No, Bill Number, Bill Date, Unique ID, Telephone Number, Bank Transaction ID, Bill Paid Amount, Paid Date) for bill paid.

Telecom Customers of all the Circles (Andhra Pradesh, Chennai, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Haryana, Punjab, UP(West), UP(East), Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Kolkata, Orissa, Bihar, West Bengal, Adman Nicobar, Assam, Jharkhand, North East) can avail this BSNL bill payment online facility through secure bsnl payment portal for Landline, broadband, Fibernet, WiMax and bsnl mobile services.

Important Notes
  • There is a possibility of link getting disconnected, during returning from the BANK after successful BSNL portal payment. 
  • In that case, user will not be able to see the 'Digital Receipt' of the BSNL bill payment made. Since the portal system will not know the details of the transaction made. If this occurs, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT to pay the bill again.
  • BSNL portal payment system will shortly receive the confirmation from the BANK, through alternative backup channel. And the receipt will be sent to user registered email id with in a short time.
  • In case previous bills amount had already been paid and not updated in bsnl payment portal. 
  • Please visit nearest BSNL cash counter to pay the current bill amount, or else pay the total amount. Where the excess paid amount would be automatically adjusted in next coming BSNL Bill.
If any complaints on landline bill or broadband bill or any transactions made through Quick Pay BSNL Bill Payment Portal. It is regarding your money debited from your bank account /credit / debit card and not generated the receipts.

Please logon to complaint portal of BSNL and lodge your complaint regarding BSNL online payment. So that with in a short time, your paid details will be adjusted / updated or refunded to your account. This will be happened only, if you have done your BSNL bill payment online at Quick Pay BSNL payment portal.

    Please make arrangement to pay online for one month bill out of 2 months due. It shows total due only. If you make online payment arrangement for making one bill first and then 2nd one it will be helpful

    I made payments through paytm four times (for two mobile phones ) every time the payment got deducted from my bank account but the message appeared " your payment has not been recieved "I just want to know whether this lapsed money will be made available to me or not? Because my previous requests have also not been paid any attentions. Rajesh K Sharma

    1. If any recharges done with BSNL official portal and not activated, then the amount will be automatically refunded to the bank account automatically with in 48 hours.
      If recharges done with other third party websites, it is not responsible with BSNL, so make a complaint with PAY TM for refund of amount

  9. I recharged my prepaid broadband account and made payment through internet banking. But my billing has not been updated. Online Transaction History shows the status "Submitted" but my account has not been recharged. Do I need to recharge again or it will be updated. Earlier whenever I recharged my account it was updated instantly.

  10. Hi. I ve paid my evdo postpaid bill through net banking on 18-3-2014. There was some problem at the end and no receipt was generated. The amount has been deducted from my bank account and no refund s hqve been made. The bill is still in the outstanding section but the status shows "paid at portal". What does it mean? What should I do?

  11. I tried to view bill and pay my Landline bill for April 2014 by quick pay. But its always slowing error and I am unable to view or pay online though correct details are typed. There is no option to type circle except State. Pl help me to pay bill online.

  13. i tried to pay my bsnl broadband bill through quick pay option. after all the processing, i was told that my payment status "awaiting for bank confirmation" what does it mean? please provide me some advice.

    1. this means, ur payment debited from bank/credit/debit card etc.. but not credited with BSNL, it may take sometime to update, dont worry

  14. BSNL payment portal is fucking shit...... My latest bill was not getting reflected in the poratl though I got the bill by post. So I was unable to pay the bill online and to go a long distance to give the fucking shit bill to their office...... Seriously, go for some other private services..... BSNL is pain in the ass

    i have paid my mobile ( 9490160199 ) bill thru BSNL Portal online Quick Pay on i.e 28.05.2014 at 10.50 AM
    and as of now they were not updated so i could not able to do my dialy activities. Its already 24 hrs past what does it mean after paying bill not able to update ?

    where as other mobile companies are fast activating the moment they receive the payment But where as our BSNL members not doing the same. If this type of service no body will stay with bsnl

    I kindly request you to update and activate my mobile with immediate action

  19. Yesterday, I paid my BSNL bill using ICICI net banking, but I received an error in communication message. The amount has been debited from my account but the payment transaction status says Awaiting Bank Confirmation. How long does it take for this issue to be resolved? I tried calling the 1500 number but no response. Has anyone sucessfully resolved this issue? Please reply.

  22. I had recharged my BSNL prepaid no. through 'QuickPay' 18 th May 2014. The payment was successful. It showed payment details also. But when I tried to take print out of the same it returned error - 'Server Error in '/' Application.'. It still shows the same.

    It seems no one can take a printout of payment receipt. I am planning to ditch BSNL for this single reason as I am not getting reimbursement from my office without valid payment receipt.

  24. On 04/02/2015, I paid my BSNL bill using LVB net banking, but I received an error in communication message. The amount has been debited from my account but the payment transaction status says failed. How long does it take for this issue to be resolved? I give the complaint to near bsnl office Ganapathy Cbe & also Head BSNL Office Saibaba Kovil cbe, they ask to put complaint through online only. Has anyone sucessfully resolved this issue and get back my money? Please reply.

Some times I am not getting my detailed bill to have record as well as it is usefull address proof for any transactions.I am unable to download the detailed bill.At times I have to check the phone numbers to whom and who contacted and time taken.If I get the detailed bill I able to put in telephone office and catch the faults.The accounts officer is not responding properly about my bill when billed higher side.Generally my bill comes between 500/- to 1000/- But at times billed 4000/ and above. Therefore proper bill is to be sent to my address or it may send to my email address given. Hope my grieves or request is to be taken into the matter salve the problem.

I paid the bill thr'paytm against invoice no. 440325565 dt-01/06/2016 although the amount was abnormal for which I raised a verbal complain before the accounts officer,BSNL,BBSR who could not answer to my satisfaction.But the receipt is neither generated nor anything is comunicated to me for confirmation.Now,when I request for change of plan I return with comment from dealing staffs "The file is not available with us, let it come then you request...and so on".I feel harashed after moving to the same office at least 4 times but all my effort goes invain...

I have paid the Bill for the invoice no 895935967 before the due date and still BSNL has banned out going call, I have also tried to contact your BSNL customer care service and more than thrice they asked me to hold and put me for hold more than 20 mins. What kind of service is this?? I really don't understand. Please Someone Help me, I am in trouble and solve the problem. I never knew BSNL had such hopeless service.
