      1. I am an Airtel customer, but now I want to switch over to BSNL because of Tower problem in hill station areas and in some areas it repeats the same.

Is the BSNL rates are reasonable when compared to other networks. ? and how about the signal strength in all areas?

        1. Very bad service! It has become similar to private operators. Both in transparency and service.

      2. BSNL has wide coverage. It is alone service provider working in remote hilly areas like Amarnath and hHmkunt sahib etc. Voice quality is very clear and rural area coverage is best. Donot think just port your network to BSNL for cheap and transparent services. In terms of transparency BSNL has a good Channel like area wise JTO SDO while for Airtel we have to go to dealers and franchise people which can not give permanat solution to one's problem . Their only target is to earn money.
