  4. Reading the above comments, I came to know that all the officers of BSNL,right from the lowest staff to the highest officer- the directors, 'there is nothing called' developing BSNL but themselves. They all are talentless ones. They are indeed not, like the staffs of any privately owned company, working hardly using their minds in order to render good service to the customers or the company. They are much concerned about the last date of a month which will earn them a lot of money 'for not working'.

    1. According to the new plan there will be free sms only to bsnl connections. To other networks it will be charged 12ps. hmm...Better than the previous OFFER. Let me ask u sumthng, wat abt the users who have already activated ur "Combo offer". Wat about our money? U people are continously changing plans and offers. We, the users are actually the ones sufferring. I wud also like to know sumthng else; wat's ur benefit in this bsnl? From all these comments, just take a luk how many are porting their numbers. I always compelled my frnds to port to BSNL; now i can proudly tell them to port to any other network other than this.

  6. bsnl should change its sms plans. it should become more customer friendly. we know that the private telecom companies are bribing the officials to introduce such unpopular plans and many will port their number to other networks. it is too bad and cheating.!!!!!!!!!
