BSNL Kerala 2G 3G Latest Mobile Tariff Plans

  1. Very poor service by BSNL,even after 70hrs from the new year no updates about sms offers,really poor. Also while we call customer care service we are not getting customer care representative ever after waiting above 20minutes online. Really poor,simply worst service is provided by bsnl. If this is planning to be continued,customer court will surely come in for action

  2. my sim was students suvidha with 2000 free sms per month. but now its changed without prior notice.. now i am losing 50 paise per sms. wat is my present call and sms charges, also now my validity is not extending while recharging and how am i suppose to extend my validity.

  8. BSNL Sweep the Creatures that are eating the time and money of public!! If U go to the Customer Care ---R U getting any reply receipt containing your complaint details.
    Never they wont give the full receipt !!! Next time You will go about these complaints they will forget, then will ask any receipt.
    So dont quarrel with them because the Eating gundas is there. Now also I am paying extra to BSNL from my Broadband service!!

  9. BSNL a great firm for public in ancient days!! But now its only for the employees!! If you go to Customer care !! R U getting any receipt for ur compllaint!! Nex time you go this office they will forget!! Then if ask definetly a quarrel will come !! At that time there were certain!! Certain employees A Curse to Public!!

    ALso there is no details of the STV (Talktime) based anywhere.

    All are avilable on e-topup. but not telling what is what.

  12. I am a new customer of BSNL.
    Can any authorized suggest me a good plan for call.
    I love calling ma friends for a long time(perhaps they don't put down their phone when I call them). I am really looted with my Idea connection.
    Someone please help me choose.
    I've heard that we can choose few numbers in a frequently calling list so that a lesser rate is charged. Some thing called friends circle or so.Please help me.

    2. After taking mithram plan send FFEfive phone numbers, each separated by a space to 53733 and u get something near 20 ps/min for onnet and 30ps/min offnet for those 5 numbers

  16. i tried recharging for 1299 for 3G- 10 GB plan thru bsnl portal and i got a msg that its successfully recharged but nothing reflected on my mobile.
    i tried calling customer care but i cannot get them online. any other options do u suggest.. pls shoot

  20. plan 571 is closed now. they closed the plan even without informing custoers. i was informed through ivr before recharging later was informed the plan has been change from bsnl to bsnl std unlimited to local unlimited. i literally lost 571 bucks. even custoer care is not lidging complaint.

  45. I am strongly remonstrating for the inconvenience regretted continuously from BSNL. One day I have to make urgent call for taxi during mid-night to take my father to hospital, the network is there but the call could not be connected. From my observation it is found that your network is deactivated during the night time. Then I am started for a detailed study for that I have taken two towers as reference. Mundela and Aruvikkara. Then I collected proof for everything that I have found. Now I concluded that you are deactivating your tower signals (Signal should be there but making call is not possible) during night in rural areas to avoid night callers and to make profit. Hence the night callers did not complaint normally, BSNL take it as a golden chance. Then the network signal is activated in the morning and it will continue up to mid night. Now you mistaken I have to complain to consumer court for loss. You may please forward this mail to legal department. Also you have a poor respond customer care both phone and internet i tried both but failed,I will wait for the replay up to 24 hrs. Also I will report this incident to social network, review pages etc., because this is nothing but cheating.

  53. from May onwards there is no proper service from BSNL .. repeated complaints over phone no action is being taken... there is no phone and internet also going in between searching or soon after entering in sight. disconnecting the line because of poor service what is proceedure is needed??
