BSNL Kerala 2G/3G Latest Plans and Tariff under GSM Mobile Services

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited(BSNL), Kerala Telecom Circle has announced most successful Kerala Circle Prepaid plan Mithram for 2G& 3G customers along with BSNL corporate plans under GSM Prepaid and Postpaid Mobile services.

In order to offer more better services, Kerala BSNL has allowed the mobile customers to recharge the Special Tariff Vouchers(Boosters/Rate cutters) by sending an SMS with corresponding keyword for activation of STV by deducting the amount in main account balance.

Special Tariff Vouchers are the more affordable to mobile customers which will reduce the tariff of Voice, SMS, Data Categories under 2G and 3G GSM Mobile Prepaid services.

Kerala 2G / 3G GSM Mobile Plans and Tariff
Kerala Customers who are in Maveli_New, and all other old plans will have to use any of the New Prepaid Plan Vouchers which migrates to any other existing plan upon expiry.

BSNL Kerala introduced 3G Data Plan Vouchers(DPVs) which allows yearly DATA with high speed for Smartphone and Tablets with most affordable tariff for data users at lowest rates.

BSNL holds the 1st position as an operator with total number of telephone connections in a single license area at Kerala.

  8. Very poor service by BSNL,even after 70hrs from the new year no updates about sms offers,really poor. Also while we call customer care service we are not getting customer care representative ever after waiting above 20minutes online. Really poor,simply worst service is provided by bsnl. If this is planning to be continued,customer court will surely come in for action

  20. BSNL Sweep the Creatures that are eating the time and money of public!! If U go to the Customer Care ---R U getting any reply receipt containing your complaint details.
    Never they wont give the full receipt !!! Next time You will go about these complaints they will forget, then will ask any receipt.
    So dont quarrel with them because the Eating gundas is there. Now also I am paying extra to BSNL from my Broadband service!!

    Can any authorized suggest me a good plan for call.
    I love calling ma friends for a long time(perhaps they don't put down their phone when I call them). I am really looted with my Idea connection.

    I've heard that we can choose few numbers in a frequently calling list so that a lesser rate is charged. Some thing called friends circle or so.Please help me.

  28. i tried recharging for 1299 for 3G- 10 GB plan thru bsnl portal and i got a msg that its successfully recharged but nothing reflected on my mobile.

  32. plan 571 is closed now. they closed the plan even without informing custoers. i was informed through ivr before recharging later was informed the plan has been change from bsnl to bsnl std unlimited to local unlimited. i literally lost 571 bucks. even custoer care is not lidging complaint.

  57. I am strongly remonstrating for the inconvenience regretted continuously from BSNL. One day I have to make urgent call for taxi during mid-night to take my father to hospital, the network is there but the call could not be connected. From my observation it is found that your network is deactivated during the night time. Then I am started for a detailed study for that I have taken two towers as reference. Mundela and Aruvikkara. Then I collected proof for everything that I have found. Now I concluded that you are deactivating your tower signals (Signal should be there but making call is not possible) during night in rural areas to avoid night callers and to make profit. Hence the night callers did not complaint normally, BSNL take it as a golden chance. Then the network signal is activated in the morning and it will continue up to mid night. Now you mistaken I have to complain to consumer court for loss. You may please forward this mail to legal department. Also you have a poor respond customer care both phone and internet i tried both but failed,I will wait for the replay up to 24 hrs. Also I will report this incident to social network, review pages etc., because this is nothing but cheating.
