BSNL AP Mobile Prepaid Facilities Activation & Verification Codes

BSNL AP Telecom Circle (AndhraPradesh & Telangana States) provides GSM Mobile Prepaid USSD & SMS codes regarding Activation and Verification key methods with eligible plans, subscribed plans, Special Tariff Vouchers including bundle plans under 2G/3G GSM Mobile Services.
In order to facilitate BSNL customer with more services and easy convenience, BSNL AP Telecom Circle (AndhraPradesh & Telangana States) has provided the following mobile keys to know the Mobile number of Prepaid & Postpaid Mobile Customers and Voice Usage balance, Latest Voice Call, Data balance, Friends and Family Numbers, SMS Balance Enquiry, Adding/Modification of Friends and Family numbers of AP Circle BSNL Prepaid Services.

For many mobile users of Andhrapradesh and Telangana, who wants to know, how to activate Friends and Family Numbers and many more services, the following are the new answers.

  4. KERALA BSNL CUSYUMER CARE IS VERY VERY BAD.WE WILL NOT GET SUPPORT IN ANY TIME .WHAT CUSTUMER CARE ,NO USE FOR IT .

  5. Hi, Is there a way to find if the BSNL SIM I got from the retailer is a 3G or 2G SIM? I asked for a 3G SIM and bought it from the retailer but his response was not so convincing. Hence, I'm bit in a dillemma now. So it would be great to get a reply on this so that I can go ahead with proper recharge after activation on the number.

    Also please suggest some good 3G + STD voice plans in Andhra Pradesh circle.

    I believe, if I have a 3G data plan activated on my number, it can be used throughout the country as per the local tariff only. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

    1. After activation, by contacting customer care or nearest BSNL CSC, you have to get the details, 3G SIM cost is Rs.59+Plan Charges and 2G SIM cost is 20+Plan charges.

      1. Plan Voucher recharge is same for 2G/3G plans.
      2. 2G or 3G services will activates by the option giving at the time of data entry in BSNL database.
      3. In AP, Nestham Plan is the best plan which offers 1.2ps/sec to own network and 1.3ps to other network and allowing 5 FNF numbers at 15ps/min to own n/w and 35ps/min to other n/w.
      4. with STV-59, you will be charged all calls(Local/STD) of any network at 1.2ps for 2 seconds.

    2. It's been a week since I bought the SIM but till date the connection is not activated. Whenever I put the SIM, I get the message saying "SIM card registration failed" / "SIM not provisioned". I tried to contact the customer care and the nearest BSNL CSC but still nothing worked out.

      My number is 9493758775 & SIM number is 8991732105812394456. Could something be done in this regard from your side?

    3. SIM card registration failed means it didn't activate, so approach concerned BSNL CSC immediately

  6. I have recharged my mobile for Rs. 220/- thru bsnl potral in the month of July 13, but till date the amount has not been credited to my mobile account. I have raised complaint thru bsnl potral 3 times but the ticket is closed automatically without intimation or solution. Again, on 10th Sept 13 I have raised the the comlaint ticket thru their potral, still pending with CTOPS dept. Whom to contact?? Or should I go to consumer redressal forum??

  9. 1503 Cusotmer care number is useless. no one is picked up the call. sometimes it is asking the repeatitive questions even any key is pressed.Customer Care support is NIL.

  11. BSNL is just like any other Government company. You should know how to get the best from them. Never expect courtsy like thank you, sorry, at your service sir, etc. In fact try using it when you approach them use your courtesy to the best of your humble ability you will get the best personal service even from the call center. I use it at BSNL, SBI etc. Their product is one of the best in the country, learn to use it. It belongs to you.
