    BSNL running a cheating business. Initially they assured in black and white the price and other facilities on yearly basis payment options and then after whimsically hike tariff and drastically reduce call facilities or change in call options within the contractual time period for which annually/bi-yearly/tri-yearly paid. This is completely illegal and unethical.Service after sell is very very poor.

  4. Priadip is correct. It is very disappointing service. I have BB600 and I already paid for full one year. Only after then these curtailments came. Now I am getting huge additional bills. I don’t know what to do now!!
